Wichita Catbackers is excited to announce the return of the annual Catbacker Tour, which will be stopping through Wichita on Tuesday, May 21st. This year’s event will be hosted at the Wichita Union Stockyards. Our favorite Voice of the Wildcats, Wyatt Thompson, will be emceeing the show, and we can expect an exciting lineup! Join us as we hear from special guests:
*Head Men’s Basketball Coach, Jerome Tang *Assistant Football Coach, Van Malone *Sr. Director of Sportscasting & Voice of the Wildcats, Wyatt Thompson *Willie the Wildcat *Cheer *More exciting coach and student athlete guests TBA!
Activities planned for the whole family to include Dress Like a Cat, t-shirt toss, photo op/meet-and-greets, food trucks and Catbacker Tour exclusive giveaways for donations tied to Ahearn Fund 60 Years of Giving! You will also have the opportunity to bring home some incredible memorabilia items as we support Kansas State University.
Doors open at 5:00 p.m., with the program beginning at 6:00 p.m. This event is free to attend, and no reservations needed. Food trucks and cash bar will be on-site for food/beverage purchases, so be sure to come early! We look forward to seeing you there!
