It's Harper County Fair Time August 7-9 in Harper, KS! On Saturday the parade starts at 6 pm, followed by the Famous Turtle Races and LIVE entertainment from Hunter Spicer AND the Lou Brown Band! Make sure to get down for the fair in Harper! FRIENDLY PEOPLE, FREE LOTS, FUN FAIRTIME!!
