Giddy Up Gals Night Out

Ladies, we have a special one with Jazzercise (Wichita) teaching us how to exercise to music. There will be 2 instructors, a high impact and a low impact version. Dress comfortably!

                                                    AND

There will be a self defense class taught. We women can not be too careful and need to learn how to protect ourselves.

We will throw in a few line dances for all you line dancers.
