The Wall That Heals - Emporia

The Wall That Heals exhibit features a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington D.C. The replica is 375 feet in length and stands 7.5 feet high at its tallest point. Visitors experience The Wall rising above them as they walk towards the apex, a key feature of the design of The Wall in D.C. Tuesday, August 12, come help welcome The Wall and it's escorts into Emporia for its exhibit with motorcycles & classic vehicles at 12:30 pm. Setup of The Wall exhibit will happen on August 13. August 14 will be the Opening Ceremony. Friday, August 15, there will be an Agent Orange candlelight ceremony at sunset. The Wall That Heals will be available for viewing 24 hours a day Thursday through Sunday. They will be closing Sunday, August 17 at 2 pm.
