Bob Allison

Cowboy Bob Allison is currently an on-air personality and Program Manager for

U.S.107.9 KWLS.  He also is the owner of Allison Sounds Mobile Entertainment Company since 2000.

 

Bob grew up an Air Force brat. He was born at Edwards AFB in California, living on air bases in Illinois, Nevada, Kansas and in Germany, before his Dad retired at McConnell AFB in Wichita.

 

Bob graduated from Andover High School, home of the Trojans. He also attended Butler County Community College.

 

Bob began his radio career at 1480 KLEO in Wichita, then continuing to work in the Wichita market at KWKN, Magic 98, KDGS 96.3 Country, including 16 years at KFDI, with stops in Enid, OK and Kansas City.

 

Bob lives in Derby and has 5 daughters, Kari, Stephanie, Jenny, Rebecca and Brook and 1 son, Quentin. His life is full with family, which now includes 7 granddaughters and 2 grandsons.
